Our Contract with You
We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. Our message will also confirm details of your purchase and tell you when we shall dispatch your order. That is when our contract is made. It is not an acceptance of your order and we retain the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order; including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, stock availability and delivery charges.
We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Web Site on the day you order Goods and Services.
Price & Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupee . You must pay us the full price of your order before we will dispatch your order. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than Indian Rupee will be borne by you.
You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.
Your Order
Most items are in stock and as our reproduction furniture is hand-made the re-order time for goods can be between 6-10 weeks. We aim to be as accurate as we can with delivery estimates but they are not binding. Delays may occur in shipping which we have no control of and we ask our customers to be patient should unforeseen delays occur.
All our furniture is hand made and as such some pieces may vary in colour. Every effort is made to avoid this.
We will not refund furniture simply because it does not match, suit or fit or because they are unsuitable to the position the customer envisaged. Each piece is ordered for you and cannot be returned to the manufacturer. We ask all our customers to check their measurements and access to avoid disappointment. All bespoke items made to order cannot be cancelled. Should you choose to return the item to us for any reason within one day of delivery, GrupoJK Bazaar reserves the right to retain a 20% re-stocking fee. A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between GrupoJK Bazaar and yourself takes place.
Order Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than within one working day after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services department on

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on submit on the final page of our ordering process.
In the event our product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, GrupoJK Bazaar shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GrupoJK Bazaar shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Information You Give Us
You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods and Services.
We will not share customer or visitor details with any third party, nor send unsolicited mail to any visitor using this web site. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor or Printer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor / Printer display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrupoJK Bazaar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. GrupoJK Bazaar shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Taxes, Duties & Import Restrictions
We have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence.
You are responsible for purchasing Goods, which you are lawfully able to import, and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
